RankPop (rankpop.app) is a family behavior and screen-time tracking web application provided by ZAKAZIKY LLC, doing business as "RankPop" ("we", "us"). By checking the agreement box when you create an account, and by creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child you add. Children may use the "Kid mode" view on a device you control; they do not hold accounts. When you create an account you must affirmatively confirm this by checking the agreement box on the sign-up screen; we keep a timestamped record of that confirmation.
Plans: a free 7-day trial, then $4.99 per month, or a one-time lifetime purchase of $49.99. Prices are in US dollars, charged by Stripe. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancel any time from the billing link in the app or by emailing us and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If, after using RankPop for 7 days (logging at least one behavior a day and generating one Family Pact), screen-time arguments in your home have not decreased by at least 80% by your own assessment, email peace@rankpop.app within 14 days of sign-up for a full refund of amounts paid in that period. One refund per household.
The behaviors, point values, contracts and AI-generated wording are general parenting tools informed by public frameworks (PBIS, CASEL, AAP guidance). They are not medical, psychological, educational or legal advice. Consult a professional for concerns about a child's health or behavior.
Use RankPop only for your own family. Do not use it to harass, shame or endanger any person, to collect data about children who are not yours, or to reverse-engineer or resell the service.
Generated contracts are family agreements, not legally binding instruments, and are provided for your family's use only.
You are responsible for sending pass links only to people you trust. Each link is single-use and expires. Verifiers receive no personal data beyond a first name.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change features and prices with notice; price changes apply from your next renewal.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court, or a claim seeking only injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property or a child's data, you and we agree to resolve any dispute arising from these terms or your use of RankPop through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. Arbitration takes place in Suffolk County, New York, or remotely by agreement of the parties. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first creating an account by emailing hello@rankpop.app with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and the email address on your account; opting out does not affect any other part of these terms, and you may still use RankPop.
New York law governs these terms. Any dispute not subject to arbitration under section 11 is resolved in the courts of Suffolk County, New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
